: The front desk held our luggage and the couple was very helpful. We walked to get dinner and walked to the train. Very convenient location. : The hot water in the bathtub must have been stripped. It took a long time before I could get it to turn off.

: I loved the atmosphere and Retro feel. The fact that people sat outside their rooms, met the neighbors, and talked/laughed. The location was awesome as well. : Very outdated and definitely needs some updating. Fresh paint & new flooring would do wonders. They are working towards this, so I was very happy to see that.

: The owners were very nice. The room was clean. I liked the rocking chairs outside the room. : Physical keys used for the rooms. A man used a key at 12:50am the morning of 9/11/2021 to try and get into our room; only the chain lock stopped him. When we called the front desk, the night service wasn't helpful. " You didn't set the lock right. The man in another room must have gotten confused about which room was his..." We should have filed a police report. The owners claimed no knowledge of the incident the next morning. We checked out a day early. No refund for the lost night. "You have to contact Bookings" Bookings isn't responding either.

: Nothing : It was after 9:00 pm when we arrived, we were given a key and directed to the area of our room. After reviewing the room I noticed the room receipt was time-stamped at 8:25:33. We asked for a refund after checking out the room (15 minutes) and we were told we would have to call booking.com to get it. I stated we had paid them directly and was told that they would be charged a 22 percent fee from booking.com and I should call them. I contacted Booking.com and am waiting for a resolution. The bathroom has mold in the shower and on the faucet knobs, the floor was filthy and the sink overlaps the toilet, the carpet and furniture are stained, paint peeling off the walls, loud window unit AC with poorly painted window over top and the room smelled. We could not stay there, could not use a moldy shower, and smell that room all night.

: Rosewood Inn is just around the corner from all the shops in Bryson City making everything within walking distance. Although the bathroom needs some upgrading it was cean and plenty of hot water. The firm beds were perfect. The owners were so friendly and helpful Yes, ill stay at the Rosewood again.
